By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products & Availability

All flowers and arrangements are subject to availability.

In the event of a supply issue, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value while maintaining the style and theme.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly due to seasonal availability.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders must be placed at least 1Day in advance for timely delivery.

Payment must be completed before dispatch.

We accept credit/debit cards

4. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are available within Dubai

We strive to deliver on the requested date and time but do not guarantee exact delivery times.

A recipient not being available or incorrect delivery information may result in additional charges or order cancellation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled up to 4 hours before the delivery time for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the cutoff time or for custom/bespoke orders.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.

6. Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a replacement or resolution.

7. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details.

The customer agrees not to misuse our services or make fraudulent claims.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (images, text, logos) is the property of FlowerMart and may not be reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of UAE.
