We offer a range of secure payment options for your convenience:

Credit & Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including https://flowersmart.ae/, MasterCard, and American Express. All card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

Digital Wallets: Payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted for a faster checkout experience.

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) at some time. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

2. Currency

All prices listed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). All transactions will be processed in AED. If you are using an international credit or debit card, your bank may apply conversion rates and charges that are not controlled by Flowersmart.ae.

While we strive for accuracy, in the rare event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.

6. Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and the custom-made aspect of our arrangements, we adhere to a strict policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations are subject to approval and may not be possible if the order preparation process has already begun.

Once an order has been dispatched from our workshop and is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refunds & Returns

We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality floral arrangements. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Once an item has been successfully delivered and accepted, no refunds or returns will be issued. We cannot accept returns due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers.

 

7. Failed Deliveries

If we are unable to complete a delivery because the recipient is not present at the specified address or the address provided is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Flowersmart.ae is not responsible for delivery failures if the information provided by the customer

is inaccurate or incomplete.
